MKA performed a boundary survey of over 6300 acres of wooded, mountainous terrain in north-central PA bordering Sproul State Forest. The survey was performed under adverse conditions including snow cover, remoteness and difficulty of access, steep topography, rugged terrain, and thick brush. Extensive research was performed in order to resolve the boundary of the property. This research included recorded and unrecorded surveys and plans, original property warrant tracts, historical data, public and private records, parole evidence, and meetings and telephone conversations with surveyors with knowledge of the area.
